How do I purchase a product?

You can make purchases via the website. We use PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.

Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart. Then go to checkout. If you do not want to use your PayPal account or you do not have one you will then be prompted to include your personal details and bank details. You will then be able to confirm payment. The purchase will then be processed.

What is the postage charge?

For all orders under £25 we charge a flat rate of £3.50 anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland. All orders £25 and over are postage free. Please note this relates to the final order total after discounts.

Do you post outside UK?

Yes.

However, we are not able to take orders via the website to places outside UK. Please phone:

When will my purchase arrive?

After you have made your purchase on the website you should receive confirmation of payment by email. You will then receive an email saying that the purchase is being packed. Finally, you will receive an email confirming that the item/s have been sent. The normal delivery time from being sent is 2 days.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns for damaged products. We need to be notified within 30 days of your receiving the purchase. Please telephone: 01296 714460 or email tb@rhpbooks.co.uk and put ‘Returns’ in the subject line providing information of the nature of the damage. We will then provide a refund and explain what to do next.
